Architectural Paneling
There was once a time when a lattice panel might have been assembled one slat at a time, requiring meticulous mitering and joinery. Or perhaps it was carved from a larger piece of wood with a fine saw.
We just completed a large set of panels that will be set underneath a balcony railing, and even though they feature intricate geometric designs, they only took around 25 minutes each to cut on our CNC router. They are made from a thick weather-resistant fiberboard called Extira, and will be installed on a large high-end home in Northern California.
